We’ve got the Champagne chilling, the chocolate port cooling, the duck sauteeing, and all sorts of chocolate sauces in the mixing. This is going to be a luscious weekend.
We’ve got the library wines picked out for the chocolate pairing. The Inn is full and we are almost full for dinner on Sunday night. Thank you for President’s Day.
What goes better than chocolate and Pinot noir? Some would argue anything goes well with chocolate. I argue anything goes well with the right Pinot noir.
