We are so excited about Evergreen Aviation Museum’s new Wings & Waves Waterpark Grand Opening on June 6, 2011. The water park is an educational and will include 10 water slides, a wave pool and a children’s museum dedicated to teaching students about the power of water. Consisting of classic Evergreen Museum building design, the space features nearly 70,000 square feet of educational fun, highlighted by a massive Evergreen International Aviation B747-100 aircraft that rests on the top of the building. Lodging at Youngberg Hill is just a quick 10 minutes away. Stay overnight at a romantic Inn wile you play like children at the water park. The quiet setting of Youngberg Hill is perfect to relax, enjoy a beautiful glass of Pinot, and savor the views.
