Or was that taste, taste, taste. Yes, we are tasting the 2007 wines before we begin bottling today. The 2007s are turning out to be wonderfully balanced wines with much expression of the terrrior. They are very easy to drink, even at this young age.
We are also out in the vineyard today hand hoeing around the new vines in preparation of mowing cover crop and to evaluate winter damage.
